Habitat offers exterior home repair services
to homeowners so they can continue to live
in safe, decent homes for years to come.
Our affiliate serves more families by responding to community aspirations with many products, services and partnerships. With this purpose in mind, our mission is to empower residents to revive their neighborhoods and enhance the quality of life. This initiative is A Brush With Kindness program, which helps local low-income families in the community with exterior home repairs. With this purpose in mind, homeowners are able to live in safe and decent homes for years to come. At the present time, our affiliate has done over 40 home repair projects in Weber and Davis Counties for this year.
Are you looking for an affordable way to
make needed repairs to your home?
Our “A Brush with Kindness” program uses unpaid volunteers to perform affordable exterior home repairs, such as:
- Decking and Ramps
- Minor home repairs
Homeowner projects are selected based on:
- Ability to repay a no-interest loan
- Willingness to partner with Habitat
Homeowners can choose to have help with labor or materials in addition to labor. Habitat will purchase materials; however, the homeowners will then need to repay for them at no-interest.
