A Team Build Day gives your company an opportunity to partner in a truly significant and meaningful way. We have projects that need groups to help with. We accept all companies, business, and groups to be part of our cause and to help families in need.
A SUGGESTED FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION
Through this program, companies usually provide a financial donation ($1,500 for corporate group/team build days and a suggested $750-$1000 donation for civic, church, and school groups). The donation is tax-deductible and goes to good cause. It helps with the cost of building and repair materials for the family in need.
We accept many group sizes. We highly recommend a group of 4 to 12 volunteers. With bigger groups, volunteers can help on the build site to raise walls, swing hammers, hang drywall and much more. If our Habitat Home builds are not ready for volunteers, we also have our A Brush With Kindness program. We help local low-income families repair their homes.
MUST FILL OUT WAIVER AND USE VOLUNTEER TRACKING SITE
Before volunteering, make sure each member of your team fills out a waiver through out Volunteer Tracking Site. They must also use the Volunteer Tracking Site to clock-in and clock-out of their volunteer project.
We regularly showcase our volunteers and their work. Make sure to let our host supervisor know of your social media accounts so that we can post and tag you in our pictures when they are posted online.
